Job Title – Apparel Fashion Designer - Graphic

  • We are looking for talent, with 0-2 years of experience, interested in joining our Fashion Design Team – with strength in graphic prints conceptualization and development.
  • You need to be highly creative and motivated, do-it-yourself individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in design software’s (Adobe Suite) and hand-illustration is a must have. Strong understanding of printing techniques and color separation.
  • 3D software skills (Clo3) would be a definite plus.
  • Location: Bengaluru and Noida.

Job Title – Product Designer Soft Goods - Experience 4-5 yrs / Preferably from buying house background.

Skills–

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in product design and development
  • Creative thinking, a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of sampling process and materials.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Creativity and innovation to drive product improvements
  • Proficiency in making product presentations

Job Responsibilities–

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to generate product ideas, concepts based on market research and trends.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand product requirement and preferences.
  • Curate product collections and presentations from multiple suppliers to meet customer requirements.
  • Refine design concepts based on feedback from customers and market trends.
  • Adapt designs to be both visually appealing and feasible for development.
  • Fair knowledge of costings.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to translate design concepts into production feasible products within price targets.
  • Requires blend of design expertise, material knowledge, project management skills and effective communication to bring beautiful and marketable products to materialisation.
  • Stay updated with market trends, customer preferences and emerging design concepts.

 

 

Job Title – Merchandiser Soft Goods- Experience 5-6 yrs / Preferably from buying house background.

Skills–

  • Strong understanding of soft goods and manufacturing process.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multi tasks
  • Problem solving and decision making abilities
  • Proficiency in using excel, powerpoint
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Responsibilities–

  • Sourcing and supplier coordination.
  • Order management and production monitoring
  • Maintaining strong client relationships. Maintaining effective and clear communication with customers to provide regular updates on sourcing, sampling , production status and any issues that may arise.
  • Ensuring product quality and compliance
  • Documentation and reporting.
  • Adressing any unexpected issues that may arise during sourcing or production process.
  • Provide insights to customers regarding potential product opportunities based on market trends.
